Forgings

Gradient Services offer a vast range of forged products in all quantities. Forging is the process of forming and shaping metals through the use of hammering, pressing or rolling. Forged components are ideal for strength and performance as the grain structure is recrystallized.

We offer Forging in a wide range of ferrous and nonferrous alloys:

  • Alloy steel

  • Carbon steel

  • Stainless steel

  • Tool steel

  • Cathode Copper

Gradient Services utilize open die, closed die, and ring forging processes with components supplied proof or finished machined.

Fabrications

Gradient Services can supply all fabrications regardless of size. We work with both local and international suppliers to make sure our products comply with regulations and standards. This is achieved by using qualified welders and traceable materials. With many years in the manufacturing industry Gradient Services are able to offer support to customers on all projects that require fabrication.

Gradient has also worked with many customers in the past to successfully redesign fabricated components to cast components which can offer cheaper manufacturing costs and extended wear life

Machining

Finished Machining Services

We deliver fully machined parts, ready for assembly, supported by our extensive facilities and an abundant array of CNC machining centers. This setup allows us to handle all volumes swiftly and efficiently, offering significant cost and time savings when you choose this option.

Semi Machined Forging

Moving beyond the basics, Semi Machined Forging creates a more defined shape to components and reduces the final completion time and expense for your company.

Proof Machining

For engineering firms looking to value-add and take command of the finished component dimensions then proof machining is a great option to reduce initial set-up costs and ensure a solid casting orforging is at hand.
